RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR STAY AT “WERANDA.APARTMENTS”
A warm welcome to Weranda.Apartments.
Thank you for observing these Rules and Regulations, established to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our Guests.
§ 1 Subject of the Regulations
These Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Weranda.Apartments located at ul. Szczecińska 16, 73-108 Morzyczyn.
The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, the scope of responsibilities of both the Guest and the property, as well as the rules governing the stay at Weranda.Apartments.
The Regulations are available at the main reception.
Confirmation of having read the Regulations occurs at the moment of making a reservation, paying the deposit, paying the full amount for the stay, or upon check-in.
§ 2
The Guest renting a room must present to Reception staff a valid photo ID upon check-in. If the Guest refuses to present a document that enables check-in, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse issuing the room key.
The Guest must personally enter their name, surname, ID number, and provide a signature on the registration card.
Weranda.Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorize the Guest’s credit card or collect a cash deposit equal to the value of the entire stay upon check-in.
At the Guest’s request, the Receptionist may fill in the remaining registration data using the Guest’s ID, which the Guest may leave at the Reception for this purpose.
§ 3
Commencing a stay at the property is equivalent to the Guest’s acceptance of these Regulations.
Rooms are rented on a daily basis.
The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.
If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room is rented for one night.
A Guest wishing to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on arrival must notify Reception by 9:00 AM on the day the booking expires. The property will accommodate such requests subject to availability.
Staying in the room or leaving belongings in it after 11:00 AM is treated as an extension of stay. If the Guest vacates the room after 11:00 AM, the system will automatically charge for an additional night at the full room rate.
§ 4
The Guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which the Guest has paid has not yet expired.
Visitors not registered at the hotel may stay in the Guest’s room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The presence of unregistered persons in the Guest’s room after 10:00 PM is deemed consent for their paid accommodation in that room. Each additional person will be charged according to the current rate for an extra adult bed, as listed in the price list available at Reception.
§ 5
Children under 13 years of age must be under the constant supervision of an adult at all times during their stay. Legal guardians are responsible for their behavior and any damage caused by them.
Pursuant to the Act of April 8, 2010 on the amendment of the Act on Health Protection Against the Consequences of Tobacco Use and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529), smoking of cigarettes, tobacco products, and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including rooms, balconies, and bathrooms.
Violation of the smoking ban results in a penalty of PLN 1,000 for each violation. If staff suspect or confirm that the ban has been violated, they are entitled to intervene and enter the Guest’s room without permission. The hotel may also call the authorities, which may impose an additional fine of PLN 500. In cases of gross violation, the Guest may be asked to leave the property. Please note that rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, and the property is directly connected to the Fire Brigade. In the event of an unwarranted fire alarm, the Guest will also be liable for any resulting fines.
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
During quiet hours, Guests must behave in a manner that does not disturb the stay of others.
The Guest is fully materially and legally responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel property caused by the Guest or persons visiting them.
For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons, and other electrical devices not included in the room furnishings is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for computers and electronic devices.
Upon leaving the room, the Guest must ensure that the door is locked. Guests staying in rooms equipped with whirlpool bathtubs must ensure the water is turned off and that the water level does not exceed the limit specified by the design.
Before leaving the property, the Guest must report to Reception for check-out, final settlement, and return of the key/card.
In case of loss or damage of the hotel card or night-entry key, the Guest must immediately notify Reception. A new card or key will be issued for a fee of PLN 50. The same fee applies if the Guest fails to return the card at check -out.
§ 6
The liability of the hotel for loss or damage of items brought by the Guest is governed by Articles 846–849 of the Civil Code. Liability is limited if such items are not deposited at Reception. The hotel may refuse to accept money, securities, valuables, scientific or artistic items, or large luggage if it threatens the safety of persons or property, or if the items’ value or size is disproportionate to the hotel’s standard or capacity.
The hotel provides services in accordance with its standard. Any concerns regarding service quality should be reported immediately to Reception for prompt action.
The hotel ensures: a. A safe stay, including the protection of the Guest’s personal data and confidentiality. b. Professional and courteous service for all services provided at Weranda.Apartments. c. Room cleaning and necessary repairs during the Guest’s absence, or in their presence upon request. d. Efficient technical service. If any defects cannot be removed, the hotel will make every effort to change the room or otherwise mitigate inconvenience.
§ 7
Upon request, Weranda.Apartments provides the following services: a. Travel and stay information. b. Wake-up calls. c. A 55” flat-screen TV. d. Pet-friendly rooms.
Personal belongings left behind may be collected personally or by a person authorized by the Guest. The hotel will store such items for 1 month, after which they will be donated to charity or for public use.
In case of violation of these Regulations, the hotel may refuse further services to the offending Guest. Such a person must immediately comply with staff instructions, settle all outstanding charges, pay for any damage caused, and leave the premises.
The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations, damaged hotel property or the property of other Guests, or otherwise disturbed the peace. The hotel may also refuse accommodation to any person who may disturb order in the facility.
